How to place an order?
Orders can be placed either by website or by email to [email protected].
How can an order be cancelled or changed?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours from order prior to shipping by email to [email protected].
How can a product be returned?
To initiate a return process, please reach out to [email protected] and request a Return Material Authorization Number for the products you intend to return.
ARO applies a 15% restocking fee for all returned products.
All materials being received by our Warehouse will be subject to inspection for compliance within the criteria specified our return policy and to check suitability of returned parts for restocking / resale.
The returned goods must be identified with the Return Material Authorization Number, including full name and address of the company, contact person and list of items by CPN with description, invoices and quantity to be returned. Send to [email protected].
Material returned without an authorisation number or not included in the authorised list will be shipped back to the returnee at their cost.
Any items found to be unfit for resale will be rejected and, following notification, the rejected items will be held for a period of 30 days. If disposal instructions are not received by the end of this period, the items will be scrapped. Ingersoll Rand will not be liable to compensate for any item so scrapped.

What are the shipping methods used?
Our preferred shipping supplier is Fed-ex. Orders are shipped using Express shipping with and generally shipping takes 2-3 days.
How long will it take to receive orders?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours and shipping usually takes 2-3 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Card payments from most major card networks.
How do we handle taxes, import and import duties?
Goods will be delivered with INCO Terms CPT (Location of NAMED BUYERS PREMISES) or Carriage Paid To (Location of NAMED BUYERS PREMISES). The cost of the goods includes everything required to bring the products to the agreed destination. The buyer is responsible for the import entry, import duty and VAT.
